Data Processing Agreement
This DPA is the product-specific data processing agreement for pdf-edit.eu and applies where Radom UG (haftungsbeschraenkt) processes personal data on behalf of a customer.
Processing scope
The service stores account, waitlist, subscription, and billing metadata. PDF document editing runs locally in the browser, and the API is not designed to receive PDF contents or document-derived metadata.
Security
The service is designed for EU hosting, encrypted transport, least-privilege access, and request-body minimisation in telemetry.
Sub-processors
Current foundation sub-processors are hosting, payment processing, email delivery, analytics, and error monitoring providers required to operate the service.
